Customer also agrees that Lehigh County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, shall be the venue for any legal action necessary to collect any delinquent accounts, and further, this contract shall be governed by the Uniform Commercial Code and the Laws of the State of Pennsylvania. By purchasing the subject material, buyer represents that it is solvent and if at time of purchase that was not the case, then Reeb may reclaim the product sold wherever it is located at its option. Until such time as the goods are paid for buyer also grants Reeb a security interest in said goods and hereby authorizes Reeb to perfect such security interest as required by the law of the state in which the customer maintains its principal place of business.
