Reeb recently took 45 of its dealers to Troy, Alabama to visit the HB&G facility where customers were treated to a minor league baseball game featuring the Montgomery Biscuits. Of course a trip to HB&G is never complete without a visit to "The Farm" where everyone gets to enjoy down home cooking as well as skeet shooting, horseshoes, pool and cards. "We not only have a better understanding of the opportunities we have with HB&G, we experienced some great southern hospitality" one customer commented.
Needless to say the real highlight of the trip was all of the new products coming from HB&G. A lot of time was spent in the plant watching the manufacturing process of "Perma Cast" columns, "Perma Post" porch post, "Perma Rail" porch railing systems, balustrade systems and caps and bases. New this year was a tour of the "Flex Trim" flexible moulding department.
Next, Kent Hendricks, President & CEO, conducted an outstanding presentation on HB&G's commitment to quality and why they are the industry leader of porch systems. He talked about the 7 new Perma Cast Capitals, the ability to Custom Flute Columns, the addition of Barrel Columns, Perma Lite Square Columns, Custom Perma Rail profiles, additional Balustrade profiles and a new Perma Ceiling profile. "I've been using HB&G in my projects for years. The quality is always consistent, there is a great choice of products and installation is easy", one New York builder noted.
